Just tell her which day to set aside (doesn’t have to be Mother’s Day itself) and how many hours then treat her like royalty with the offer of a lift to the activity and\u00a0home again.<\/p>\n

And remember it’s her<\/em> day – not a day of taking care of kids or grandkids – so if the activity is all about her be sure to find\u00a0someone\u00a0to take care of the little ones. All of your attention can then be on Mom.<\/p>\n
